PRODUCTION PROCESS
For outsourced productions we can provide updates via email with our project manager working on your order.
1. DESIGN & QUOTATION
2. SAMPLING
Whether you place a sample fee or a production deposit for a free sample we will always start by providing you with a sample to ensure all aspects of the garment design and sizing are approved before moving ahead with a bulk order. A sample will be a representation of your finished product in terms of branding, sizing, and materials.
3. PRODUCTION ORDER
Once your sample is approved, we will send an order form for your approval. This will include the design, composition, colours, sample comments, fit comments, size breakdown and product finishing.
4. MATERIAL SOURCING
Once the order form is approved, we will order fabric or start the fabric production if this needs to be custom made.
5. PATTERN CREATION
We will then produce patterns for each of your sizes based on the final measurements approved.
6. FABRIC CUTTING
After the fabric arrives and the patterns have been created and checked we will cut the fabrics for each panel.
7. PRINTING/EMBROIDERY
The panels will then be sent to have any prints/embroidery approved for the order applied before going to the stitching department.
8. STITCHING
All panels will be stitched together to complete the garment construction.
9 .GARMENT FINISHING
The garments will then be pressed, and any tags such as hang tags, will be added at this stage.
10. QUALITY CONTROL
As well as our in-house quality control checks, we will have an external company come and check the stitching, sizing, prints, embroidery, and general garment quality before giving us the green light to package the completed garment.
11. PACKAGING
The garments are then individually packaged and boxed ready to send to your given delivery address.
12. FREIGHT
We will then give you the different freight options and prices for your order before authorising the delivery process to start. If you have your own freight agent, we will provide you with packing lists, box dimensions and box weights.
