Our featured men’s button-down striped shirt is a classic regular fit style. It blends preppy American and smart casual aesthetics, making it ideal for office, daily wear, and light business occasions.
Additionally, the button-down point collar uses two small buttons to secure the collar points. This design keeps the collar crisp and neat all day, with a polished yet relaxed look.
The standard front placket uses white resin buttons. Every button is aligned perfectly, and the branded cuff buttons include subtle logo details for a premium finish.
Furthermore, a central back pleat adds extra room for movement. Meanwhile, double-button cuffs and a curved hem complete the versatile design.
We support full OEM/ODM customization of this style, including fit, collar style, and stripe pattern for brands in the USA, Europe, and Australia.
High-Count Cotton Twill Fabric

This shirt uses premium high-count cotton twill fabric. It is crisp, wrinkle-resistant, and breathable, with a soft natural sheen that elevates the professional look.
Moreover, the fabric maintains its shape and color even after repeated washes. Before production, we pre-test every batch for shrinkage (≤3%) and colorfastness to ensure consistent sizing and appearance.
We offer fabric weight options from 100–120 GSM, depending on your brand’s climate and season requirements. In addition, we can source organic cotton or cotton-poly blends upon request.
This durable, easy-care fabric is ideal for corporate and everyday wear, meeting the quality standards of brands in Canada, France, and the Netherlands.
Precision Pattern Matching: The Core of Quality
Pattern matching is the most critical step in producing high-end striped shirts.
At our factory, we align stripes on the collar, placket, cuffs, side seams, and back pleat to within ±0.1cm. This level of accuracy requires careful pattern layout and precise cutting.
Furthermore, our pattern matching process includes three key checks: before cutting, after sewing the collar, and at the final inspection stage. This system ensures 100% stripe alignment across every shirt.
We also use specialized markers for striped fabrics, allowing us to maximize fabric usage while maintaining perfect alignment. As a result, this reduces waste and keeps your costs stable.
This level of precision is what separates premium OEM shirts from generic mass-produced styles, making it ideal for high-quality men’s collections.
Collar & Cuff Craftsmanship
The collar and cuffs are the most visible signs of shirt quality.
Our button-down collars use reinforced interlining. We carefully control the fusing temperature to prevent bubbling or peeling after repeated washes. Consequently, the collar points maintain their crisp shape for years.

The cuffs are made with double-layer construction. Stripes are matched on both layers, and the buttonholes are precisely aligned. Besides, each cuff is stitched with a clean, even finish.
We also test every button’s pull strength, ensuring they withstand at least 3kg of force. This prevents buttons from falling off during wear or laundering.
We offer custom collar and cuff styles, including French cuffs, spread collars, and custom button engraving to match your brand’s identity.
Multi-Stage Quality Control

Quality control is built into every stage of production.
First, we inspect fabric for color consistency and defects. Next, we verify stripe alignment after cutting and sewing. During production, line supervisors also check stitching density and seam allowances.
Every shirt goes through a 100% final inspection. We carefully check pattern matching, button security, and overall construction.
In addition, we support third-party inspection by ASAHI·LINK at your request. Inspectors verify compliance with AQL standards for measurement, workmanship, and colorfastness.
This multi-stage QC system ensures that every shirt meets the quality expectations of brands in the USA, Europe, and Australia.
