Premium Cotton Fabric Selection & Customizable Parameters
This high-end custom tee is made of heavyweight combed cotton fabric, with a standard weight of 200–220 GSM. This fabric is soft and skin-friendly, breathable and moisture-absorbent, and has excellent stiffness that resists deformation even after repeated washes.
To ensure product quality, all fabrics undergo strict pre-production testing. We control the fabric shrinkage rate within 3%, so the finished tee can maintain its original shape after multiple washes. The off-white base fabric is dyed evenly, with no uneven streaks or color differences, and the color fastness reaches Grade 4 to prevent fading or bleeding.
For the embroidery threads, we select high-quality polyester-cotton blended threads that have undergone professional color-fixing treatment. These threads are not only bright in color but also durable, resisting fading and discoloration even after 30+ washes.
Our factory provides comprehensive fabric customization services. Clients can choose between combed cotton, ring-spun cotton, or organic cotton according to their brand positioning. We also adjust the fabric weight (from 160GSM to 220GSM) to meet the different needs of regional markets—for example, we offer lighter fabrics for hot Australian weather and slightly thicker fabrics for cool Canadian summers.

If any defects are found, we stop the production line immediately to make adjustments, ensuring that the problem is solved in a timely manner.
Third, final third-party inspection: Before shipment, we cooperate with professional third-party inspection companies such as SGS to conduct comprehensive inspections according to AQL international standards. Inspectors test key indicators such as seam strength, embroidery adhesion, fabric shrinkage, and color consistency.

The sample making cycle is 7–10 days for stock fabrics, and 10–14 days for custom fabrics. After the sample is approved, the mass production cycle is 25–30 days, which can be shortened to 15–20 days for urgent orders to meet your brand’s seasonal launch needs.
