Our featured pink men’s dress shirt is a classic point collar long sleeve style, with a standard tailored fit that balances comfort and structure. It works for both business and casual occasions, making it a wardrobe staple for men.
The sharp point collar has a moderate stand height, staying crisp for tie-wearing and looking polished when worn open. The front placket uses a single-row design with white resin buttons, ensuring easy on-off and neat stitching.
On the back, a classic yoke with a single pleat adds extra mobility, boosting comfort while creating a more structured silhouette. The long sleeves come with two-button rounded cuffs, adjustable for both rolled and formal wear.
The curved hem allows for tucking in or wearing loose, adapting to different styling needs. Our factory has 18+ years of experience in men’s dress shirts, supporting full OEM/ODM customization from sampling to bulk production. We adjust fit, details and branding to match your brand’s target market needs in USA, Europe, Australia and Canada.
Premium 100% Cotton Fabric & Craftsmanship
This shirt uses 100% cotton washed poplin/seersucker fabric, with a natural wrinkled texture on the surface. The fabric is soft, skin-friendly, breathable and non-stuffy, ideal for spring and summer wear.
It undergoes a pre-washing process, delivering excellent wrinkle resistance and easy care without ironing. We source fabric with a 100-120gsm weight, which is soft yet structured, with a smooth drape that avoids sagging.

Each fabric batch undergoes strict pre-testing: shrinkage rate controlled below 3%, color fastness reaching 4+ level, to ensure the shirt maintains its shape and color after washing. We use matching thread for all stitching, with uniform, neat seams and no loose threads, highlighting premium factory quality.
We reinforce the collar stand, placket and cuffs with double overlocking, preventing deformation after long-term wear. Buttons are sewn with 4-hole reinforcement, making them hard to fall off. Our factory supports custom fabric composition, weight and texture for bulk orders, adapting to different climate needs in USA, Canada, Europe and Australia.
Why Pattern Design Matters in Dress Shirt Manufacturing
Many brands focus on fabric and colors first. But in our 2008-founded factory, we know that pattern design decides the final fit. A good pattern turns a flat fabric into a shirt that fits the human body well. Bad pattern work leads to pulling, bagging, or tight armholes.
For buyers in the USA, Australia, and Europe, fit consistency is critical. Your customers expect the same fit across every piece. That requires precise pattern grading from size S to XXL. We handle all pattern work in-house, using CAD software to ensure accuracy within 0.3 cm per graded size step. This means when you order 1,000 shirts, the size M shirt matches the approved sample exactly.

We also optimize pattern structure for production efficiency. For this classic shirt style, we adjust seam lines to simplify sewing without changing the design look, reducing production time by 10% per piece. This cuts your production costs while maintaining quality.
Our pattern team has deep experience in Western sizing standards, supporting custom pattern adjustments for different body types in global markets.
Core Design Elements & Production Optimization
Dress shirts have several key design parts. Each one affects how we manufacture the garment. Let me break down the most important ones from a factory perspective.
First, collar types. A classic point collar needs different interfacing than a cutaway or spread collar. We stock over 15 collar interfacing options. Each one gives a different level of stiffness and roll. For example, a semi-spread collar for the European market uses medium-weight weft insertion interfacing. A soft Italian spread collar uses lighter fusible webbing.
Next, placket styles. The front placket can be French (two layers) or box (one layer with folded edge). French plackets take about 8 minutes more sewing time per shirt. We share this openly so you can decide based on your budget and design needs.
Then, cuff designs. Barrel cuffs are faster to produce than French cuffs with corner pleats. A basic barrel cuff uses 6 buttonholes. A French cuff needs 4 buttonholes plus 2 holes for cufflinks. The difference in production time is about 5 minutes per shirt.

We also optimize these design elements for bulk production, ensuring consistent quality and efficient workflow. Our factory supports full customization of all design details, matching your brand’s aesthetic and production requirements.
How We Support Your Design with Full Factory Services
Our OEM service starts when you share your tech pack or sample shirt. We then create a production pattern. Within 7 days, we send you a pre-production sample. This sample uses your chosen fabric and all design details. You check the fit and make changes. We adjust the pattern and cut a second sample if needed.
Once you approve the sample, we grade the pattern to all sizes in your size range. This grading process follows standard rules used by clothing factories worldwide. For a typical order going to Canada or the Netherlands, we grade to 5 or 6 sizes. The CAD system creates a marker file for each size, which guides our cutting machine. This method reduces fabric waste by about 8% compared to manual grading.
We also offer low MOQ for new brands. You can start with 50 pieces per style. This lets you test the market before placing larger orders. Many of our clients from Spain and France began this way.
We provide end-to-end support, from pattern making to final packaging, helping you launch your shirt line with confidence.
Strict Quality Control & Third-Party Inspection

Quality is our top priority for every dress shirt order. We implement a 3-layer QC system to ensure zero defects. First, in-line inspections at every production station check stitching, fabric defects, and fit accuracy.
Second, a final factory inspection verifies all details, including collar stiffness, button attachment, and cuff reinforcement. Only products that pass this check move forward.
Most importantly, we invite independent third-party inspection companies to conduct pre-shipment audits. These inspections follow AQL standards: 1.5 for major defects and 4.0 for minor defects, providing an objective assessment of our work.
If any issues are found, we fix them immediately before shipment. This process gives our clients complete peace of mind, knowing they receive only premium-quality products. Our defect rate remains below 0.3%, protecting your brand reputation in competitive global markets.
