Precision Cut-and-Sew Workflow
We adopt modular production lines for cutting and sewing work. Each line has 12 skilled workers plus one full-time QC supervisor. Our CAD team optimizes layout before cutting. This move cuts fabric waste by around 12%. We use automatic spreading machines to keep fabric tension steady. The cutting tolerance is limited to ±2mm for all seam allowances. During sewing, we apply lockstitch and four-thread overlock as basic craft. A 4mm twin needle is used on collars and armholes for neat topstitch. We set fixed SPI standards: 8-10 SPI for dress style tees and 10-12 SPI for casual styles. Supervisors check stitch tension and puckering every two hours. Print and Embroidery Options Built for Durability
We integrate printing and embroidery workshops in our factory. We offer screen print, DTG, puff print and multi-style embroidery services. Our screen printing machine can finish up to 8 colors with accurate positioning. We use phthalate-free ink that meets CPSIA and REACH rules. Each new print design must pass 5 home wash tests. It needs to reach Grade 4 on the AATCC gray scale. We use 12-head Tajima embroidery machines. We control stitch count properly to avoid fabric puckering. We finish artwork digitizing in-house and save 2 to 3 days of communication time. Over 60% Australian surf brands choose embroidery plus screen print combinations. ASAHI・LINK Third-Party Inspection Process
We carry out multi-stage quality control during production. We conduct inline inspection and final line checks first. Beyond internal tests, all export orders require ASAHI・LINK third-party inspection. The team follows ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 and AQL 2.5 standards. They check appearance, size, logo position and barcodes by random sampling. In the past two years, our overall pass rate has hit 98.7%. If minor defects are found, we finish rework and re-inspection within 48 hours. We send the official inspection report to clients before final payment.
