Regional Custom Pattern & Modular Base Blocks
Global apparel markets have distinct body type and sizing standards for men’s fall hoodies. Simple universal patterns cannot satisfy regional wearing habits, which easily causes poor fitting and high return rates for cross-border brands. To solve this industry pain point, our DZX factory independently develops three sets of modular base patterns exclusively for overseas bulk orders.
We have built a relaxed North American base block, a standard European regular block, and an athletic Australian block with widened shoulder proportions. These mature pre-set patterns greatly shorten sample development cycles and reduce pattern revision costs for global suppliers. In 2025, 49 percent of our hoodie export orders adopted European standard blocks, while 37 percent applied North American relaxed versions.
Apart from fixed base templates, we support flexible personalized size adjustment. Our professional pattern technicians can modify center front length by up to 4 cm and sleeve length by up to 3 cm. All fine adjustments strictly maintain original armhole balance and garment three-dimensional silhouette. Furthermore, our in-house design team provides full ODM customization. We tailor exclusive pocket structures, hood shapes and lining styles according to the aesthetic habits of European, American and Australian markets. Premium Custom French Terry Fabric
Fabric quality is the core factor that determines the comfort, warmth and durability of autumn hoodies. As a professional autumn apparel factory, we select high-standard French terry as the core fabric for fall pullover hoodies, perfectly matching seasonal temperature characteristics. Our mainstream option is 320 gsm loopback ring-spun cotton French terry.

The premium ring-spun yarn features a 4.2 hairiness index, realizing balanced air permeability and thermal insulation for cool autumn days. All fabrics are processed with professional pre-compacting machinery in advance. Strict post-wash tests prove the length shrinkage is below 2.5 percent and width shrinkage stays under 2.0 percent, effectively avoiding garment deformation after repeated washing. For low-temperature regions such as Netherlands and Canada, we upgrade customized 340 gsm recycled blended French terry with 15 percent recycled polyester.
This eco-friendly fabric passes 30 continuous washing cycles, with the pilling grade remaining above Grade 4, meeting EU environmental and quality standards. We support independent fabric customization including gram weight adjustment, fiber proportion matching and color fixation treatment. The minimum custom fabric quantity per color is 500 meters. Reinforced Seam & Structural Engineering Craft
Stress-bearing seams are the most vulnerable parts of daily worn hoodies. Poor stitching craft easily leads to thread cracking and seam loosening after long-term wearing. Our factory adopts standardized reinforced sewing technology for all key stress areas to improve overall garment durability.
We apply four-thread overlock combined with single-needle topstitch on shoulder seams and armholes. Professional tensile tests verify that the seam strength reaches 18.5 kg, fully adapting to daily repeated stretching movements. A 9 mm wide hidden herringbone tape is added to the back neck position. The fully covered edge design avoids skin friction and irritation, improving wearing comfort for customers who wear hoodies directly without inner tops.
In the bulk production of 2,500 customized hoodies for a Spanish streetwear brand, ASAHI・LINK’s random inspection recorded an ultra-low major defect rate of only 0.08 percent. It means less than one defective seam appears in every 1,250 pieces. Our standardized structural reinforcement craft ensures stable high-quality output for large-batch men’s hoodie orders for European and American markets.
Exquisite Pocket & Rib Detail Processing

Fine details determine retail-grade product quality and brand market reputation. The front kangaroo pocket is a key visual and functional part of pullover hoodies. We adopt 2 cm wide double-fold hem pressing technology for pocket openings. Both ends are fixed with 28-stitch dense bar tacks to prevent pocket deformation and corner warping after long-term use.
Cuffs and bottom hems adopt high-elastic 1×1 rib fabric containing 6 percent elastane. After 24-hour professional stretching tests, the rib rebound rate reaches 97 percent, maintaining tight fitting and excellent resilience after repeated pulling and washing. For Australian market orders, we implement three-source color matching under D65, TL84 and A light sources. This strict process ensures consistent color performance under indoor store lights and outdoor natural light.
The whole fine-tuning process only extends one working day for sampling, bringing significant improvement to product uniformity. Our precise detail processing service helps global brands maintain unified product quality across different regional sales scenarios.

Dual QC Mechanism with ASAHI・LINK Final Inspection
We implement a complete dual quality control system covering the whole production process to eliminate after-sales quality risks. During bulk production, our on-site QC team conducts random sampling inspection when orders reach 20 percent completion, timely correcting stitching defects and detail errors.
After 80 percent of packing work is finished, all export batches require mandatory third-party inspection by ASAHI・LINK. Professional inspectors check garment fitting via standard dress forms and test water color fastness and rubbing fastness in accordance with ISO 105-C06 international standards. In 2026, our dark-color hoodie color fastness stably reached Grade 4.0 across 20 tested production lots.
All export documents including standardized packing lists and HS code files are completely sorted to match import rules of USA, Netherlands and Australia. Our transparent dual inspection system provides reliable quality certification for cross-border bulk orders.
