Dual QC & Custom Fabric for European & Canadian Buyers

Strict Fabric Selection for Men Knit Sweaters

Fabric quality is the core foundation of high-grade men knit sweaters. Qualified raw materials directly determine the comfort, durability and overall grade of finished knitwear. As a professional knitwear factory with 18 years of manufacturing experience, DZX Apparel implements extremely strict incoming fabric inspection standards.

Our professional material testing team conducts comprehensive tests on every batch of raw fabrics. We focus on three core performance indicators: fabric overall thickness, skin-friendly softness and long-term anti-pilling ability. All unqualified fabrics with uneven thickness, stiff texture or poor anti-pilling performance are completely rejected and prohibited from entering production lines.

Our 2000-square-meter factory is equipped with 5 dedicated knitwear production lines, serving more than 20 countries worldwide. We supply pure cotton, pure wool and cotton-wool blended fabrics to match regional market demands. Canadian and German buyers prefer thick warm wool fabrics for cold autumn and winter. Meanwhile, Spanish and French suppliers favor lightweight and soft cotton blended materials for versatile daily wear.

To meet differentiated brand positioning, our factory supports full fabric customization. We freely adjust fabric composition, gram weight and thickness according to client requirements. We also provide professional fabric pre-shrinking treatment to avoid post-wash deformation. Our targeted fabric matching service fully adapts to the market standards of Europe, North America and Australia.

Precise Control of Knitting Craft Details

Exquisite knitting craftsmanship is the key to stable bulk production of men knit sweaters. We are equipped with advanced professional circular knitting machines and flat knitting machines to handle various knit weave structures. Our stable team of over 100 skilled workers masters mature knitting techniques for mass production.

During the whole weaving process, we strictly control the stitch gap within a ±0.2 mm tolerance. This ultra-precise standard ensures uniform knit density, neat garment surface and strong structural durability. We pay special attention to vulnerable and detailed parts, including rib collars, 3D jacquard patterns, underarm joints and sleeve connection seams.

Every linking and sewing procedure follows unified factory operation specifications. No random craft adjustment is allowed during bulk production. In addition, we flexibly optimize knitting density according to local wearing habits. We make thicker knitting for cold Canadian markets and breathable loose knitting for Southern European regions.

We record all craft parameters for each batch in detail to ensure consistent quality between different orders. With rich OEM experience, our factory provides full-process knitting craft customization and standardized mass production services for global men’s knit sweater orders.

Dual Inspection: In-house Check + ASAHI·LINK Third-party Test

Complete quality control runs through every production procedure from fabric weaving to finished product packaging. We adopt a rigorous dual-inspection system to eliminate defective products fundamentally. Firstly, our professional in-house QC team conducts 100% full manual inspection on all finished sweaters.

Our inspectors check knitting uniformity, seam firmness, pattern symmetry and surface flatness piece by piece. Any flawed products will be sent for rework immediately. Most importantly, we cooperate with ASAHI·LINK, an internationally authoritative third-party inspection institution.

Professional ASAHI·LINK inspectors conduct 30% random sampling inspection for each order based on international AQL 2.5 standards. They recheck core quality indicators including fabric performance and stitching stability. Only products that pass both in-house full inspection and third-party sampling test can be arranged for shipment.

We archive all inspection reports completely for client review and customs clearance. This dual-quality guarantee system effectively reduces product defect rates. It is also the core reason why numerous clothing suppliers from Europe, Canada and Australia choose our long-term OEM cooperation.

Standard Post-production Finishing Work

Standardized post-production finishing is the final step to improve finished garment quality. After passing dual quality inspections, all men knit sweaters will enter the dedicated finishing workshop. Our workers conduct precise thread trimming to remove excess thread ends and neat whole-garment ironing to shape the sweater perfectly.

Beyond basic finishing services, we support full personalized OEM matching. We provide custom woven neck labels, printed hang tags, size labels and private brand packaging. We adjust packaging specifications according to the shipping standards of USA, France, Canada and other regions to meet local market access requirements.

In terms of cross-border services, we cooperate with many stable international logistics providers. We provide complete customs document sorting, real-time order tracking and 24-hour online after-sales support. Our one-stop service covers fabric selection, craft production, dual quality inspection, personalized finishing and global shipping. We keep optimizing production and QC systems to deliver reliable customized solutions for global knit sweater suppliers.
