Choose the Right Knit Structure for Polos, Tees & Activewear

Pique Knit: Ideal Structure for Structured Polo Shirts
Pique knit stands as the top premium option for high-quality men’s polo shirts across global markets. Its unique waffle textured surface delivers outstanding wrinkle resistance and continuous air circulation. This special knit structure accelerates moisture wicking, making it extremely suitable for casual daily wear and outdoor activewear.
Standard pique fabric weight ranges from 180gsm to 220gsm. This balanced gram weight creates a firm three-dimensional hand feel without extra bulk. It effectively holds collar and overall garment shape after repeated washes, fully meeting the strict quality standards of European and Australian clothing suppliers.
Classic pique texture remains popular in business casual collections. Most casual and outdoor brands in Canada and the USA prefer this fabric for its stable performance and timeless appearance. Unlike ordinary jersey knits, pique fabric avoids sagging and deformation under long-term wear.
DZX Factory owns years of mature experience in pique knit garment OEM production. Our technical team flexibly adjusts cotton proportion, yarn twist density and knitting tightness to match personalized brand demands. We support full customized production, including flat knit collars, reinforced rib cuffs and color-tipped hem details.
We implement professional pre-shrinking treatment for all pique fabrics before cutting. Our standardized process controls the final garment shrinkage rate strictly within 3%. All crafted pique polo products pass strict quality audits for clients in the USA, UK and France. Our factory provides one-stop customized production solutions for all pique knit polo orders.
Interlock Knit: Smooth & Stable for Modern Premium Tees

Interlock knit is widely recognized as a high-end fabric for modern men’s tees and lightweight casual tops. Featuring double-sided smooth flat surfaces, this knit style offers a clean and neat base for screen printing, heat transfer and embroidery craftsmanship.
Compared with ordinary single jersey fabric, interlock knit adopts a double-loop weaving structure. It boasts higher density and better structural stability, which greatly reduces edge curling on necklines, cuffs and hems. This core advantage keeps finished garments tidy and stylish after long-term wearing and washing.
Streetwear and minimalist apparel brands in the USA and European markets highly favor interlock fabric. It balances soft skin-friendly touch and durable stereoscopic shape, perfectly fitting modern casual dressing trends. Meanwhile, the fabric maintains stable color performance after washing.
Our production lines are specially optimized for high-precision interlock knit manufacturing. Advanced automatic cutting equipment ensures consistent panel size and uniform edge trimming for every piece. All front-line workers receive professional training to handle delicate interlock materials and avoid fabric damage.
Additionally, we support custom garment dyeing and reactive dyeing processes to create exclusive color tones for brand differentiation. With our ultra-low 50pcs per style MOQ policy, startup brands in France and the Netherlands can easily launch small-batch test orders. Our factory provides full OEM/ODM customization services for all interlock knit men’s tee products.
Shrinkage Control & Seam Quality Management
Shrinkage deviation and loose seam deformation are the two most common pain points in knitwear mass production. To solve these industry problems, we build a complete pre-production and in-process quality control system in our Dongguan factory.
All incoming pique and interlock knit fabrics go through unified pre-washing and high-temperature heat setting treatment before formal cutting. This step fixes fabric tension and structural properties, ensuring finished garment sizes fully match customer size charts.
We exclusively adopt high-elastic lycra rib knit materials for collars, cuffs and hems. These accessories effectively improve fabric ductility and recovery, preventing garment sagging, looseness and bagging after repeated washing and stretching.
During formal production, our QC team inspects fabric GSM, dye lot color difference and weaving texture for every fabric roll. Any unqualified materials are eliminated immediately to avoid batch quality discrepancies. We use professional elastic sewing threads and standardized stitch spacing to enhance seam firmness and flatness.
This systematic quality management greatly reduces defective rates and improves product durability. Our factory strictly controls every production detail to deliver stable and uniform knitwear for global wholesale suppliers.
Strict ASAHI・LINK Third-Party Quality Inspection

In addition to comprehensive internal inspections, all export knitwear orders require official third-party verification before shipment. We cooperate with authoritative ASAHI・LINK inspection institution to conduct full-standard quality audits.
Inspectors follow international AQL 2.5 sampling standards to test core indicators, including fabric shrinkage, color fastness, seam tensile strength, printing adhesion and overall workmanship. Random sampling covers every production batch without omission.
Our stable production technology helps us achieve a 98.5% first-pass inspection rate throughout the year. Complete and formal inspection reports are provided to clients for customs clearance and brand retail certification. We take full responsibility for any quality defects found during third-party testing.
This dual internal and external inspection mechanism ensures all products meet the import quality standards of USA, Canada, Europe and Australia. Our factory’s third-party QC system effectively protects brand reputation and reduces after-sales risks for global clothing suppliers.
