Professional Shell Fabric Selection & Custom Lamination Tech
Technical outerwear performance starts with qualified shell fabrics. Different jacket styles need matched functional materials for global outdoor and daily scenarios. Our factory adopts two mainstream core fabrics for export orders.
We use 210D 100% Polyester Taslan for heavy-duty jackets. This material delivers excellent abrasion and scratch resistance for long-term outdoor use. For lightweight casual jackets, we select high-density Nylon Ripstop to reduce garment weight without sacrificing toughness.
All functional fabrics support 20gsm PU lamination coating. We strictly test waterproof performance via hydrostatic head tests, with a stable waterproof standard of 5000mm. This meets the daily waterproof needs of European, Canadian and Australian consumers.
Beyond fixed specifications, we support personalized fabric customization. Our technical team cooperates directly with professional fabric mills. We adjust fabric composition, gram weight and hand feel fully according to client samples and brand positioning.

Premium Lining & Insulation Structural Craft
Comfort and warmth are core indicators of qualified men’s outerwear. Stable lining and filling materials effectively upgrade overall garment quality. We adopt 230T 100% Polyester Taffeta as standard lining for all jackets.
This lining features smooth skin-friendly touch and strong wear resistance. It avoids friction discomfort during long-time wearing. For thermal insulation, we use 100gsm polyester wadding as the basic filling material.
We also provide premium Primaloft filling for high-end custom orders. A fixed 3cm channel quilting process secures all insulation cotton. This anti-shifting craft prevents filling aggregation and uneven warmth after repeated washing.
With over 14 years of outerwear manufacturing experience, we optimize jacket fits for regional markets. We provide multiple fit samples for pre-production confirmation. This greatly reduces bulk production fit risks for USA, Netherlands and French market orders.

Reinforced Zipper & Closure System Engineering

We add professional bartack reinforcement at zipper tail ends. This avoids zipper tearing and thread loosening during frequent pulling. Meanwhile, hood drawstring ends adopt lock-stitch fixing technology for stable use.
Standard 2-hole flat buttons match all casual and functional jacket styles. A dedicated hardware inspection station is set on our production line. Workers check skipped stitches and thread tension issues after every zipper installation.
We specially reinforce high-stress areas such as zipper tapes and placket edges. This detailed craft improves product durability and end-user experience, fitting the strict quality requirements of Canadian and American markets.

Precision Seam Sealing & Standard Finishing Process

Seam sealing is a key process for waterproof and windproof outerwear. It solves water leakage risks from stitching gaps. Our factory uses 15mm professional waterproof seam tape for core waterproof areas.
We set fixed production parameters: 130°C heating temperature and 3bar pressing pressure. This standard ensures tight and seamless tape fitting without warping or falling off. Shoulders, hoods and plackets are all fully sealed.
Uniform peripheral topstitching delivers neat and textured garment finishing. Our factory masters multiple core outerwear crafts, from basic quilting to complex heat-press seam sealing.

We follow AQL 2.5 international sampling standards to detect stitching flaws, hardware defects and process errors in advance. All export jackets undergo double quality verification before delivery.
Crucially, all goods shipped to USA, Europe, Australia and Canada must pass official ASAHI·LINK third-party inspection. The institution audits our production standards twice yearly to keep our process compliant with international export rules.
