Our factory launched garment production in 2008, and we have focused on mens tailored trousers for over 18 years. We own 3 standard production lines only for denim pants, and each line can finish 1200 pairs of tailored trousers per day.
We set a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces per style for all new startup brands from USA, Netherlands and Australia. This small MOQ rule helps new clothing sellers test local market demand without huge inventory risk.
We support full OEM and ODM orders for all tailored denim trouser styles. Our design team can turn your hand-drawn drafts into complete tech packs within 3 working days.
For every design we receive, we make 2 pre-production samples free of charge before mass production. This step lets overseas clients check fit, fabric and hardware details clearly.
2. Custom Fabric Selection & Adjustable Fabric Parameters We Offer
We cooperate with 12 stable denim fabric suppliers inside Guangdong province. We stock 42 kinds of raw denim materials in our warehouse all year round.
Clients from Canada, France and Spain can adjust fabric weight from 8oz to 16oz as their brand needs. We also change cotton blending ratios from 90% cotton to 98% cotton on request.
We provide special treated denim fabrics, including washed vintage denim, acid wash denim and stretch denim with 2% spandex. All fabric batches pass internal lab tests before cutting.
If you want unique fabric features, our pattern team can adjust texture, softness and color fastness. Our factory can source rare imported denim materials for high-end European menswear brands too.
Our service here covers full fabric customization. We do not limit clients to fixed stock fabrics only.
3. Precise Pattern Grading & Custom Size Chart Service
We have 6 full-time pattern makers with more than 10 years of denim trouser making experience. They build custom size charts based on your target market’s body data.
We store standard size data for USA men, European men, Australian men and Canadian men separately. The grading system can generate 7 different sizes for one tailored trouser style automatically.
All paper patterns are double checked once after digital design and once after physical cutting. This double check cuts pattern error rate down to below 0.8%.
We send digital size charts to clients via email for confirmation before cutting bulk goods. Any size adjustment can be revised within 2 working days without extra fees for small MOQ orders.
4. Strict Multi-Layer QC Process Including ASAHI・LINK Third-Party Inspection
Every pair of tailored denim trousers goes through three rounds of in-house quality control first. Workers check stitching, rivets, zipper smoothness and wash color after each production stage.
Once internal QC passes all standards, we arrange ASAHI・LINK professional inspectors to visit our workshop for independent third-party testing. This rule applies to all orders above 50 pieces.
The third-party team tests fabric durability, seam tensile strength and color fading level. We only arrange shipment after we receive the official qualified inspection report from ASAHI・LINK.
We record all defective items during inspection and remake them free of cost for clients. Our bulk order qualified rate keeps steady at 99.2% for 10 consecutive years.
5. Global Freight Solutions for Overseas Clothing Suppliers
We build long-term cooperation with 8 global freight agents covering USA, Australia, Canada, France and Netherlands. We offer sea freight, air freight and express delivery options for all tailored trouser orders.
For bulk orders over 3000 pairs, sea shipping cuts your logistics cost by 35% compared with air transport. For small sample orders under 100 pieces, DHL express can deliver goods to European cities within 4 working days.
